Services

Everything from a one-hour level survey to lifting a villa two metres and building a new foundation underneath it.

Service 01

House lifting

Raising a whole building off its existing supports so we can work underneath it. People come to us for a lift for four main reasons: the foundation has failed and has to be replaced, the house sits below a flood or overland-flow level, they want a garage or living space underneath, or the site is being re-graded around them.

  • Full structural lift on hydraulic jacks and steel beams, monitored at every stage
  • Temporary cribbing and bracing so the home stays stable throughout
  • New engineered foundations poured underneath — piles, ring foundation or slab
  • Services disconnected and reconnected by registered trades

Service 02

Floor re-levelling

The most common job we do, and usually the cheapest fix. Rather than lifting the whole building, we jack the low areas back to level in controlled increments, then permanently re-support them. Done slowly and in the right order, linings and joinery come along with it and cracking is minimal.

  • Laser level survey to map exactly where and how far the floor has dropped
  • Staged jacking over days, not hours, to protect gib and glazing
  • Permanent re-support: new piles, packers, bearers or steel as required
  • Doors and windows re-hung and adjusted once the floor has settled

The rest of the toolkit

Pile & bearer renewal

Rotted timber piles, cracked concrete piles, sagging bearers and borer-eaten joists replaced with compliant new structure. We work in sections so the house is never unsupported.

Subfloor conversions

Once a house is up, the space underneath is the cheapest floor area you'll ever add. We frame, line, waterproof and finish it — or leave it as a weathertight shell for your own builder.

Level surveys & reports

An independent written report with a floor level plan, subfloor photographs and our assessment. Used by buyers pre-purchase, insurers, body corporates and lawyers.

Engineering & consents

Chartered engineer design, PS1 documentation, building consent lodgement and council inspections coordinated from our end so you're not the go-between.

Retaining & site works

Where movement is being driven by the ground rather than the house, we handle drainage, retaining and re-grading as part of the same job.

Relocation preparation

Lifting, cutting and preparing a house for transport, and setting it down on new foundations at the other end.
